You don’t have to face things alone—
sometimes speaking up is the first step toward feeling better.
Why not explore how a professional perspective can support you?
I am a clinical psychologist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals across diverse cultural backgrounds and life stages, including several years working with expatriates in Japan. These experiences have shaped a flexible, culturally responsive approach to care that centers each person’s unique needs and goals.
My work is grounded in evidence-based psychology and thoughtful assessment. I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone, and I tailor therapy to fit your experiences, challenges, and strengths. Together, we focus on understanding not only what you are going through, but also why it may be happening, so we can identify meaningful paths forward.
Alongside my clinical work, I am a musician who enjoys playing guitar and singing, and I also teach Business English part-time. Both roles have deepened my communication skills and appreciation for human connection across cultures. I believe change is possible, and therapy can be a supportive space to take that first step toward healing and growth.
